By defeating Manchester United, City completed the FA Cup and League Double, the first time that they had achieved this.
The penalty that they conceded in the final (soft), was the first goal that they had conceded in this years competition!
They also stopped United from doing the Domestic Cup Double, having won the League Cup back in February.
It was also the second part of the 'Treble', FA Cup, League and Champions League, something that has only been achieved in England, by Manchester United in 1999.
